David declares in Psalm 23 (verses 1-6). Who the Lord is which is his shepherd, so in that he has not a want. In the storm, The Lord maketh me to lie down in green patures: In the pressure the Lord leadeth me beside the still waters. In my going through The Lord restoreth my soul: In my weakness The Lord leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. In my battle, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, because The Lord is with me. I have His word and my rightly staff to comfort me. In my coming out, The Lord nicely set a table in the eyes of my enemies, The Lord anointest and drips my head with oil, I've overcome many storms, trials, and test, my soul is no longer filled with void it has runneth over now I am free. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I shall dwell in the house of The Lord forever.
